1. Acceptance and eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms and ensure that your use of TROUIX complies with laws that apply to you. Users below the legal age should use the service only with appropriate guardian consent and supervision.
2. The TROUIX service
TROUIX provides public digital-asset quotes, charts, order-book and market-statistics displays, financial news, project information, learning content, watchlists, in-app alert rules, bookmarks, calculators, records and support.
TROUIX is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser, wallet or custodian. We do not create funding accounts, hold fiat currency, digital assets, private keys or seed phrases, provide deposits, withdrawals or transfers, or accept, match or execute trade instructions.
3. Account registration and security
- Provide accurate information and maintain access to your email address.
- Protect your password, verification codes, device and session access.
- Do not share, rent, sell or create an account in another person’s identity.
- Immediately change your password, review sessions and contact support after suspected unauthorised access.
- You may sign out or delete your account using the process in the Account Deletion Guide.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use TROUIX to violate law, commit fraud, infringe rights, attack or disrupt systems, bypass access controls, impose abnormal automated load, distribute malicious or illegal content, impersonate another party, or present TROUIX information as personalised advice or a return guarantee.
5. Content and intellectual property
The TROUIX brand, interface, software, original text and service arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party market data, news and project information remain owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it only as needed to operate, protect and improve the requested service.
6. Public data and third-party services
Market data, news or links may come from public interfaces and third parties. Those services operate independently and may change at any time. TROUIX does not control their content, availability, privacy practices or transactions. Review third-party terms before using their services.
7. Risk, disclaimers and liability
Digital assets are highly volatile. Quotes, news, indicators, alerts and tool outputs may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or interrupted and are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Verify important information independently. See the Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” TROUIX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from market movement, third-party data, connectivity, device failure, unauthorised account access or reliance on information, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using or delete your account at any time. We may reasonably restrict access for illegal conduct, serious abuse, security risks or material violation of these Terms, with notice where legally appropriate.
9. Service and Terms changes
We may change the service or these Terms for product, source, security or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the App, website or another reasonable method. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.
