4. Tool outputs, in-app alerts and simulations

Loan-health, option-scenario, compound-scenario and other tools use user inputs and simplified assumptions. They may not include fees, slippage, changing rates, liquidation rules, tax or protocol risk. Alert rules and messages are displayed inside the App and may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable because of source, network or service conditions. Never rely on a tool or alert as the sole basis for a financial decision.

5. News, project information and links

Third-party content does not mean TROUIX endorses or guarantees a project, opinion, product or service. Third parties may change or remove content. You bear the risk of visiting an external service or dealing with another party.

6. Service availability

Maintenance, networks, third-party interfaces, security events or circumstances outside our control may interrupt features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device.

7. User responsibility and liability

You are responsible for decisions made using TROUIX information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TROUIX is not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or other indirect loss caused by reliance on data, content, tools, alerts or service availability. This does not exclude liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
